Refund policy

If You’re Not Happy with your purchase:

  • Damaged or Defective? Let me know within 7 days, and I will replace it or refund you, including shipping. 
  • Got the Wrong Item? If I made a mistake, contact me within 14 days, and we’ll make it right—no extra cost to you.

Changed Your Mind?

  • You’ve got 3 days after receiving your order to decide. If it’s new/ unused you can send it back. Return shipping is on you, and there might be a small restocking fee.

How to Get a Refund or Return:

  1. Reach Out: Shoot me an email at sheshellshawaii@gmail.com with your order number and what’s up.
  2. Get the Details: I will give you the return info you need to send it back.
  3. Ship it Back: Pack it up like it came to you and ship it using a trackable method.
  4. Refund/Replacement: Once I receive the item(s) and check it out, I will process your refund or send out a replacement.

A Couple of Exceptions:

  • SALE/ DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Unless there’s an issue (like damage or a mistake on our part), custom items can’t be returned or refunded.
